On the occasion of International Children's Day, I took part in the family celebration "Let There Always Be Sunshine"

1 June 2026, Monday

Today, I took part in the family creative festival "Let There Always Be Sunshine," which took place on the grounds of the Raifa Mother of God Monastery and was organized by the Kazan Diocese to mark International Children's Day.

The festive event began with a prayer service, followed by a rich concert program. Children's creative groups, vocal and dance ensembles, and young artists performed on stage with vibrant numbers.

A children's craft fair was also organized on the monastery grounds, where everyone could see the works of young artisans and appreciate their talent and diligence.

It was especially gratifying to see the children's happy eyes, their sincere smiles, and their joy at participating in the festival. Children's joy in life and their ability to genuinely marvel at the world always inspire us adults and remind us how important it is to cherish childhood and make it truly happy.
