A Kazan resident, citizen M., contacted me regarding his pension after serving in a special military operation zone.
The applicant stated that he was previously a pensioner of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in December 2023, he signed a contract for military service and served in combat missions as a motorized rifle platoon commander. After being discharged from military service due to health reasons, he encountered problems with his pension from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
To protect the applicant's rights, this request was immediately investigated, and we contacted the Department of Social Guarantees of the Russian Ministry of Defense with a request to verify the status of citizen M.'s pension case and take the necessary steps to assign and pay him his pension from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
As a result of our joint work, the issue was resolved favorably. The applicant was awarded a pension for length of service from the Russian Ministry of Defense, and the necessary documents for payment arrangements have been sent to the bank.
People who defend the interests of our country and carry out combat missions must receive all social support benefits stipulated by law in a timely manner. That's why I constantly monitor such issues until they are fully resolved!
