Traditionally, a personal reception of citizens was held

Every week, we hold a citizen's reception at the Commissioner's Office.

This is an opportunity for people to personally share their problems and receive assistance in resolving them.

During today's reception, I received about 10 citizens. Most of the inquiries concerned land and property issues, as well as problems with healthcare services.

These receptions are an important tool for interaction between citizens and the government. They are essential for improving people's quality of life and improving the system, transforming the resolution of specific issues into adjustments to general rules.
