Today, I held a personal meeting with citizens, during which 10 people sought our assistance.
The questions asked during the meeting concerned assistance with their son's hospitalization in a military hospital, the search for a missing son in the special military operation zone, fraudulent activities, utility bills, law enforcement inaction, apartment rewiring, licensing of educational activities, and pension provision.
Each request was carefully reviewed. Citizens were provided with explanations on their next steps and legal advice. Some issues were resolved directly during the meeting, and the remaining requests were processed.
As a reminder, tomorrow the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan will host a telephone hotline on issues related to the protection of the rights and support of military personnel. You can ask your questions from 10:00 to 14:00 by phone at (843) 236-00-71, or send a message in the Max messenger at +7 965 593-86-64.
