We received a request from citizen S., a resident of the Arsky District, via the ESIS GLONASS+112 system. He stated that he needed help with firewood. His home was unheated and cold. The requester is disabled, lives alone, and is unable to collect firewood himself, and there is no social worker assigned to him.
The situation required immediate intervention. To protect the requester's rights, we contacted the Arsky District Executive Committee asking for the necessary assistance. With the assistance of the Arsky District Executive Committee and our community assistant in the Arsky District, the necessary assistance was provided. The requester received firewood, and his home became warm again.
Through our joint efforts, we were able to quickly help a person in a difficult life situation. It is important to us that no request goes unanswered!
