Work of public assistants: results of the week in the regions of the republic

Over the past week, our community assistants conducted extensive work in municipal districts across the republic.

• In Kazan, community assistant Gulia Balafendieva visited a new pretrial detention facility, where she inspected the conditions.
• In Naberezhnye Chelny, they participated in a meeting of the municipal commission on minors and the protection of their rights.
• In Nizhnekamsk, they worked as part of the coordinating council on labor safety of the NMR RT, reviewing cases of fatal industrial injuries and measures to prevent similar situations.
• In the Arsky District, parliamentary lessons were held at the Agro-Industrial College and the G. Tukai Pedagogical College, timed to coincide with the Year of Military and Labor Valor declared in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2026. A meeting was also held jointly between the head of the district and a participant in the special military operation who had arrived on short leave.
• A rally dedicated to Remembrance Day for the Victims of the War in Afghanistan and the 37th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops was held in the city of Bolgar in the Spassky District. Ahead of Defender of the Fatherland Day, humanitarian aid was sent to participants in the special military operation. A community assistant also participated in the GTO (Ready for Labor and Defense) test at the Olimp Sports Complex.
• In the Atninsky District, military awards were presented to participants in the special military operation and an event commemorating Farkhat Gainetdinov, a participant in the special military operation. Humanitarian aid was sent to service members.
• In the Mendeleyevsky District, participants participated in a rally to send humanitarian aid to participants in the special military operation and the city of Lisichansk.
• In the Menzelinsky District, a parliamentary lesson was held, during which participants learned about the activities of the deputy corps and the work of the human rights assistant in the district. An exhibition dedicated to local residents who participated in the special military operation opened at the local history museum. As part of the agrotechnology class, a tour was organized for students from the Menzelinsky Agricultural College. A meeting with volunteers from the special military operation was also held, and approximately 500 cans were collected to make trench candles for participants in the special military operation.
• In the Alkeyevsky District, an extended meeting of the Anti-Terrorism Commission was held. With the assistance of the commission, volunteers, Young Army members, and Young Guard members also organized assistance for the families of special military operation participants by cleaning up the areas around their homes.
• In the Aktanyshsky District, students participated in the municipal stage of the national competition for parents' committees, "Secrets of a Friendly Class."
• In the Pestrechinsky District, a "Silver" Volunteer School class was held. Community assistants also participated in citizen assemblies.
• In the Aksubaevsky District, an extended meeting of the Road Safety Commission was held.
• In the Zelenodolsky District, students participated in an extended meeting of the final medical council.
• In the Bavlinsky District, we participated in the final reporting meeting of the client service department of the Federal Service for the Development of the Russian Federation for the Bavlinsky and Yutazinsky Districts.
• In the Leninogorsk District, we participated in a Veterans' Council event dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day.
• Our community assistants from the Aktanyshsky and Pestrechinsky Districts participated in citizen gatherings.
• In addition, community assistants from the Buinsky, Pestrechinsky, Menzelinsky, and Spassky Districts participated in municipal council meetings.

Particular attention was paid to handling citizen inquiries. Joint citizen receptions were held:

• in the Arsky and Sabinsky Districts with the district heads,
• in the Pestrechinsky District with the head of the Executive Committee,
• in the Zelenodolsk District with the district prosecutor and the head of the Executive Committee.
