In early February 2026, the Committee of Families of Warriors of the Fatherland launched a unique project, the "Academy of the KSVO RF," an educational program for regional teams of non-profit organizations and volunteer groups providing support to participants in special military operations and their families.
The project is organized by the non-profit organization "Committee of Families of Warriors of the Fatherland." non-profit organizations "Tavrida.Art" is a partner.
Following a selection process, 50 of the strongest teams from regional non-profit organizations and volunteer groups will participate in in-person training. The team will consist of a project team leader, a media volunteer, and a project volunteer. Each team member will undergo training with federal experts in the following areas:
- Higher School of Leadership;
- Media;
- Social Project Management.
The project aims to identify, develop, and train project teams working in the field of social, cultural, and media support for special military operation participants, as well as to enhance professional competencies in management, project management, and media support for projects.
As part of the KSVO Academy, selected teams will complete in-person educational modules, gain practical knowledge in management, project management, and media communications, and develop and defend their own projects aimed at assisting special military operation participants and their families and integrating demobilized military personnel into civil society. Upon completion of the training, each team will refine and defend their own project aimed at assisting special military operation participants and their families.
The training will run from March 30 to April 3, 2026. Venue: Meganom Academy, Sudak, Republic of Crimea.
KSVO experts will support the participants' projects until the end of October 2026. Teams of three are invited to participate: a project team leader, a media volunteer, and a project volunteer.
Teams can register once through the project organizer's official website, www.ksvo.rf, by February 23, 2026.
Each team submits one application describing the team's experience and its project, which it plans to implement or scale by the end of 2026.
The Project's Expert Council evaluates applications based on the following criteria: the specificity and feasibility of the project's solution to the problem, the development of the project idea, the project presentation, and others.
Based on the team selection rankings, participants in the educational program are determined, and a waiting list is formed in case selected teams decline to participate.
Detailed terms of participation and team requirements are available on the project organizer's official website in the "KSVO Academy" section at www.ksvo.rf.
The project is being implemented with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund.
