We monitor the observance of citizens' rights in the healthcare sector on an ongoing basis. A multi-channel feedback system has been built - we work with citizens' appeals, moderate messages in the SIS RT "Public Control", analyze appeals through the Gosuslugi platform. We decide together," we promptly respond to signals on social networks through the Incident Management system.
The analysis of the appeals shows the persistence of a number of systemic problems in the industry. Among the most pressing issues are timely drug provision, accessibility of primary and specialized medical care, as well as the shortage of doctors and nursing staff.
In 2025, we received 203 requests on health issues. 52,113 messages were received through the Feedback platform, which is 54% of the total number. In the city of Kazan, the SIS RT "Public Control" received 571 notifications in this area.
Direct cooperation has been established with the Ministry of Health of the Republic, heads of medical institutions and the Territorial Body of Roszdravnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan to promptly solve the problems.
