Joint citizen consultations are one effective way to handle residents' inquiries!

Today, we held a joint citizen consultation with Elvira Galeeva, Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. The applicants' inquiries primarily concerned housing and utilities issues, including heating in apartments and the functioning of the SIS RT "Public Control."

Some of the questions received were clarified during the consultation. Citizens were consulted on those inquiries that required further investigation, and all issues were taken into consideration for further resolution.
