Today, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan held a personal consultation with citizens.
Seven people sought consultation. Their questions related to a spouse's work-related injury, the referral of a participant in a special military operation for treatment, the declaration of a father's incapacity, assistance in evacuating their daughter from Ukraine, complaints about the actions (or inaction) of the head physician of a medical facility, improvements to housing conditions, and possible violations in the work of guardianship and trusteeship authorities.
During the consultation, I provided the necessary clarifications and consultations on all of the requests. Some issues were resolved on the spot, while others were taken into consideration for further investigation and assistance to the applicants.
Responding to citizens' requests is a key area of our work! It is important to us that every person is heard and receives real assistance in resolving their concerns.
