Vladislav Vinichenko, Head of the Territorial Office of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare for the Republic of Tatarstan, presented a report on the agency's activities in 2025.

In 2025, Roszdravnadzor conducted 125 oversight activities, with a focus on crime prevention, organizing approximately 10,000 preventive measures. In total, nearly 2,000 citizen complaints were reviewed, a 15% increase compared to 2024. However, a decrease in the number of complaints was recorded in the last three months of 2025.

Special attention was paid to issues of subsidized drug provision, including issues of drug shortages, refusal to issue subsidized prescriptions, and long-term deferred service.

As part of our collaboration with the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2025, we jointly reviewed over 40 citizen appeals, including those from individuals held in Federal Penitentiary Service facilities, and conducted on-site verification activities. Following the review of these appeals, citizens' rights were restored in 83% of cases.
