Today, I visited the Agryz District, where the District Executive Committee held two meetings on handling citizen requests and notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback system.
The first meeting focused on citizen notifications and requests in the Agryz District. We discussed problematic issues and complaints from residents received through digital feedback services, and highlighted the most sensitive issues for citizens.
At the second meeting, notifications and requests from residents of the Yelabuga, Mendeleyevsky, and Tukaevsky Districts were reviewed. The unsatisfactory performance of the responsible officials in the Yelabuga Municipal District was noted.
A total of 82 examples of citizen notifications and requests in the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback system were reviewed during the meetings.
Residents most frequently inquire about categories such as "Outdoor Lighting," "Municipal Road Maintenance and Repair," "Traffic Management," "Comprehensive Landscaping," "Landfills," and "Playground Construction or Upgrades."
Following the meetings, I recommended that moderators more carefully coordinate the statuses of contractors, promptly and efficiently fulfill incoming notifications, not delay compliance deadlines, and carefully consider citizen notifications.
