As part of my working visit to the Kukmor Municipal District, I also visited the Kukmor Central District Hospital.
I reviewed the medical care provided, inspected the offices and wards, and noted the general condition of the premises. The facility is consistently renovating and upgrading its infrastructure, including the pediatric department, which is currently undergoing renovation.
I placed special emphasis on handling citizen inquiries received through various feedback channels, such as the SIS RT "Public Control" and the Public Health Service. Citizens also complain about difficulties scheduling doctor appointments. This issue requires further investigation and systemic solutions. Accordingly, a more attentive and targeted approach is needed both to the inquiries themselves and to patients who raise these issues.
It is worth noting that the Kukmor Central District Hospital is actively working with participants in the special military operation. Medical workers undergo additional training in psychology and provide counseling to special military operation participants. About three people attend these consultations daily. This is an extremely important and in-demand area of work that directly impacts the quality of life of our citizens.
