Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week

To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public  Control", staff from the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received daily.

Over the past week, 2,281 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public  Control",  of which 174 were addressed.

As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public  Control", were promptly resolved:

- A resident of building No. 44/19 in Naberezhnye Chelny reported that the steps of entrance No. 6, as well as the sidewalk along the entire building, needed to be cleared. The work was completed by UK Paritet LLC (No. 7294125);

- A resident of the village of Lenino-Kokushkino submitted a notification that the outdoor lighting near residential buildings and the playground near building No. 11 on Gagarin Street was not working. The Pestrechinsky District Executive Committee restored the lighting within two days (No. 7296940);

- Within 24 hours, the Svetly Management Company filed a notice regarding an open manhole in the 19th block of the Svetly Residential Complex in the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky District (No. 7299421);

- The Kazan City Parks and Squares Directorate restored the Christmas tree lighting in Vesna Park, Kazan (No. 7295917);

Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notices to the SIS RT "Public  Control" in the following categories:

  • "Maintenance of Street and Road Network Facilities in Winter" - 1,029;
  • "Comprehensive Landscaping" - 500;
  • "Outdoor Lighting" - 158;
  • "House Maintenance" - 111;
  • "Violation of Public Transport Routes" - 69;
  • "Traffic Management" - 53.

You can contribute to improving the quality of life and living conditions of the residents of our republic by simply submitting an application to the SIS RT "Public  Control" using the "Public Control" mobile app or on the State Services Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan, or by sending a message to the feedback platform through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services.
