We visited teenagers held in Pre-Trial Detention Facility No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, together with the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Public Monitoring Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan, we visited teenagers held in Pre-Trial Detention Facility No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.

We congratulated the teenagers on the upcoming New Year, wishing them good health and hope for the best. As is tradition, we presented them with sweet gifts to support them and create a festive mood.

The most important thing is that the teenagers feel cared for during this magical pre-New Year's time and know that they are remembered and believed in!
