Today, the Day of Legal Assistance to Convicts was held at the Federal Penitentiary Institution Penal colony No. 3 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the consultations, 10 people applied for legal assistance. The convicts applied for registration of pension provision, consideration of a petition pending in court, a criminal case, obtaining housing for an orphaned child, deduction from pension payments, registration of a disability pension and passport.
Citizens' questions were answered by representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Kazan Employment Center, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Branch of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as a lawyer and notary.
Not a single question was ignored - all those who applied were given detailed explanations and recommendations within the framework of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
