Today I held a personal reception for citizens.
11 people applied for advice. The questions the applicants came up with related to the provision of housing, including from among the maneuver fund and under a social employment contract, refusal to assign a single benefit, failure to take action on an application to the investigative department for the Privolzhsky district of Kazan, dismissal of a spouse from military service, as well as pension and migration issues.
During the reception, each applicant was given explanations and consultations on the merits of the applications. We have taken a number of issues into consideration.
We hold personal receptions of citizens on a regular basis in order to respond to appeals in a timely manner and provide the necessary support.
