Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week

The active work of the public assistants of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan continues.

  • Guliya Balafendieva, a public assistant in Kazan, and Chulpan Uldanova, a public assistant in Nizhnekamsk district, visited military units in North Ossetia, where 64 servicemen from our republic serve. During the trip, we checked the conditions of service and talked with the guys. By good tradition, the servicemen were treated to chak-chak, a sweet treat from their native Tatarstan.
  • A large shipment of humanitarian aid was sent to the free zone in the Pestrechinsky district. The total weight of the cargo was 20 tons. The humanitarian aid included warm clothes, blankets, food, medicines, heat guns, generators, construction tools, household goods, trench candles and camouflage nets made by volunteers. Two motorcycles were also sent. In addition, they took part in an expanded meeting of the Commission on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights in the Pestrechinsky municipal district.
  • A single human rights lesson was held in Buinsky district for students of MBOU Secondary School No. 1.
  • In Baltasinsky district, they took part in an event dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Baltasinsky municipal district and the Year of Defender of the Fatherland. They also attended a meeting of the Public Council on Anti-Corruption Activities and took part in an expanded meeting of the Commission on Juvenile Affairs and Protection of their Rights.
  • In the Atninsky district, they participated in the municipal action "Wish Tree", helping to fulfill the cherished dreams of children. Together with the high school students of Kubyanka Secondary School, they also visited an animal shelter in the Vysokogorsky district, where more than 200 dogs and about 20 cats are kept, and provided the necessary assistance by handing over food, gloves and other necessary goods. In addition, humanitarian aid was prepared together with teachers and students of the Atninsky Agricultural College named after Gabdulla Tukai, and chak-chak was baked for the participants of the Free Trade Association.
  • A Day of legal assistance to citizens was held in the Leninogorsk district in the client service of the Office of the SFR in the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of the prosecutor's office, social services and the notary.
  • An expanded meeting of the anti-terrorist commission was held in the Alkeevsky district, where additional measures were considered to ensure public safety and prevent terrorist and extremist manifestations during the preparation and holding of the New Year and Christmas holidays.
  • In the Spassky district, they participated in an event dedicated to the closing of the Year of Defender of the Fatherland, during which meetings were held with participants in a special military operation who were on vacation. They also served on the jury of the municipal stage of the republican competition "Teacher of the Year".
  • In the Arsky district, participants took part in celebrations dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Arsky Pedagogical College named after G. Tukai, the oldest educational institution associated with the names of famous scientists, authors of the Tatar primer "Alifba" Salaya Vagizov and Ramzia Valitova.
  • In Mamadyshsky district, they worked as part of the jury of the municipal professional skills competitions "The best educator for teaching children the rules of safe behavior on the roads and promoting road safety among parents" and "Teacher of the Year - 2025".
  • Receptions of citizens with the participation of the heads of districts were held in the Pestrechinsky and Arsky districts. In the Arsky district, a reception of citizens was also held in the customer service of the SFR Office for the Republic of Tatarstan together with the head of the service and the chairman of the local branch of the Union of Pensioners.

The participation of our public assistants in the life of the districts, the support of citizens and attention to a variety of issues is a significant contribution to the protection of human rights in the field!
