In the Sovetsky District Administration of Kazan I also held a meeting on handling citizen notifications received through the SIS RT "Public Control". We reviewed 30 examples of requests related to the categories "Traffic Management," "Outdoor Lighting," "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads," "Comprehensive Landscaping," "Public Transport," and "Container Yard Construction."
We discussed common errors in reviewing notifications and ways to minimize them. Following the meeting, I recommended that responsible officials carefully adhere to deadlines for completing requests, assign them appropriate statuses, and efficiently process incoming citizen notifications.
Work in this area continues! It is important to us that every notification is heard and followed through.
