We checked the conditions of detention in temporary detention facilities of internal affairs agencies in the republic's districts

Azat Khusainov, Lead Consultant for the Department for Restoring Citizens' Rights, together with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a series of field visits to the republic's districts to inspect conditions in temporary detention facilities operated by internal affairs agencies.

The work covered six districts: Spassky, Alkeyevsky, Alekseevsky, Rybno-Slobodskoy, Laishevsky, and Pestrechinsky. We inspected the premises, the conditions for detainees, the sanitary conditions, and compliance with established requirements.

As a result of these visits, no violations were identified; the conditions meet the required standards.
