Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
Over the past week, residents of the Republic submitted 4,355 requests to the SIS RT "Public Control," and all necessary measures were taken for 1,383 of them.
Every day, staff at the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan monitor your requests to ensure that no issue is overlooked.
What concerns residents of Tatarstan most:
- Comprehensive landscaping - 1,261 requests;
- Road maintenance and repair - 1,046;
- Traffic management - 314;
- Outdoor lighting - 432;
- Housing and utilities - 411.
Problems that have already been resolved:
- Regarding landscaping issues:
- The Naberezhnye Chelny Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Avtomobilnykh Dorogi Enterprise" renovated a bench on Domostroiteley Boulevard (No. 7243586);
- The Executive Committee of the Laishevsky Municipal District cleared deadwood near building No. 8 on Gagarin Street (No. 7240349);
- The Municipal Budgetary Institution "Directorate of Parks and Squares of the City of Kazan" repaired a slide (No. 7239980) and a staircase (No. 7239974) in Ometevsky Forest;
- Regarding lighting issues:
- The Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsky Municipal District promptly restored lighting on Syuyumbike Street (No. 7239883)
- The Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsky Municipal District repaired a lamppost and restored lighting near building No. 34A on Stroiteley Avenue (No. 7236701);
- The Executive Committee of the Arsky Municipal District replaced light bulbs to restore outdoor lighting on Rodikova Street;
- Regarding roads and infrastructure:
- The Naberezhnye Chelny Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Avtomobilnykh Dorog Enterprise" carried out pothole repairs on Gagarin Street (No. 7239534);
- The Executive Committee of the Rybno-Slobodskoy Municipal District replaced the deck of the suspension bridge in the village of Balykly-Chukaevo (No. 7235908);
- The Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise promptly closed a dangerous manhole on Lomzhinskaya Street in Kazan (No. 7238869).
