Today I'd like to share the work of our intern, Bulat Nazipov, who is interning at the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" program.
Bulat is currently preparing an article for the next issue of the "Bulletin of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan." In his article, he shares his memories of participating in the special military operation - the moments that particularly stood out to him and influenced his personal and professional development.
