Today, we held another telephone hotline on issues related to protecting the rights and supporting military personnel, in collaboration with the "Merhemet-Mercy" association of women deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the hotline's operation, approximately 30 calls were received.
Citizens were interested in questions about obtaining combat veteran ID cards, including for Wagner PMC members, receiving regional payments, receiving medications, delayed wages for the special military operation participants, installing a ramp in the entrance of a building, recalculating taxes for the period of the special military operation participation, providing a voucher to a sanatorium for a service member's parents, obtaining an extract from a medical archive, receiving a referral for treatment, assigning a disability group, receiving benefits for family members of the special military operation participants, and also receiving pension questions.
We also collaborated with deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan "Merhemet - Mercy," representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Social Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Military Commissioner's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the regional public-state organization "DOSAAF RT," the State Fund "Defenders of the Fatherland" for the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Association "Council of Municipalities."
All questions were answered in detail. Some issues were resolved promptly during the consultation, while others were taken into consideration for further consideration.
Supporting military personnel and their families remains a priority for us. It is important that everyone has the opportunity to receive answers to their questions and the assistance they need.
