I participated in the All-Russian Forum "Protection and Defense of the Rights, Freedoms, and Legitimate Interests of Vulnerable Groups as a National Priority," which was held at the Kazan Law Institute (branch) of the University of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.
In my presentation, I spoke about the work I do to support the special military operation participants and their families through the "Caring for Our Own" information resource. This platform collects, organizes, and clearly presents all the support measures currently in effect in the republic. This platform is unique in the country. More than 210,000 people have already visited the resource, including residents of other regions of the Russian Federation.
In addition, I discussed other communication channels through which I receive and process daily requests for targeted assistance to the families of the special military operation participants: the SIS RT "Public Control" system, the 117 hotline CRM system, and the monitoring of social media messages within the "Incident Management" system.
