Today, our Office held a citizen's consultation. Nine people sought advice with various situations and questions.
At the consultation, citizens addressed a wide range of issues, including participation in the special military operation, inaction by law enforcement agencies, illegal dismissal from work, partial pension payments, disagreement with a court verdict, and questions about granting extended visits with a convicted spouse. Medical and housing inquiries were also received.
I consulted with all applicants, thoroughly reviewing the circumstances of each request. Some issues were clarified immediately, while others were taken into further consideration.
In cases of potential violation of applicants' rights, we provide comprehensive assistance and continue to work until a result is achieved.
