Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
To improve access to the protocol in the SIS RT "Public Control," staff from the Commissioner's Office monitor the system's account daily.
Over the past week, 4,177 documents were published in the SIS RT "Public Control," including 1,540 actions.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
- A resident of building No. 76 on Dostoevsky Street in Kazan reported that after renovations in entrance No. 1 completed a year ago, mailboxes were not installed properly. As a result, correspondence is scattered throughout the building, causing inconvenience for residents. Mailboxes belonging to the Vakhitovsky District Management Company (No. 7093944) have been installed.
- The Muslyumovsky District Executive Committee completed a notice within a week regarding the need to mow grass along pedestrian paths on the embankment near the Ik River Embankment Canal in the village of Muslyumovo (No. 7207553);
- The Nizhnekamsk District Executive Committee completed landscaping and repairs to a pedestrian path on Khimikov Avenue, Building 2, Odessa, Nizhnekamsk. The author reported that the paving needs to be reduced, as the specified section of the sidewalk makes it difficult for people with strollers and bicycles to move around (No. 7173057);
- The Nizhnemaktama Settlement Executive Committee installed a light fixture with a bracket on Novy Street in the Nizhnyaya Maktama urban-type settlement. The author expressed gratitude to the contractors for their comments on the notice regarding the work performed (No. 6643889);
- State institution "Glavtatdortrans" carried out pothole repairs on a section of the Menzelinsk-Biyurgan highway in the Tukaevsky District (No. 7035671).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were the most active in submitting notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:
- "Comprehensive Landscaping" - 1,051;
- "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" - 1,046;
- "Organization of Outdoor Lighting" - 406;
- "Traffic Management" - 347;
- "House Maintenance" – 262.
