Recently, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan received a request through the ESIS "GLONASS +112" from a resident of the village of Abalachi in the Mendeleyevsky District requesting a social worker. The man stated that he had suffered from epilepsy for 26 years and experienced significant difficulties with basic household tasks.
To protect the applicant's rights, we contacted the State Autonomous Institution of Social Services "Bereg Nadezhdy" Integrated Social Services Center to verify the information provided and provide the citizen with the necessary assistance.
As a result of this work, citizen R. was admitted to inpatient care at the State Autonomous Institution of Social Services "Tukayevsky Nursing Home for the Elderly and Disabled."
I continue to monitor the rights and interests of citizens in need of social support on an ongoing basis.
