A disabled person, F., a veteran of labor and a Group II disabled person, contacted us with a request for assistance in obtaining a hearing aid. He explained that specialists from the Tatarstan Branch of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation had previously developed an individual rehabilitation program that included provision for hearing aids. However, despite submitting an application for an electronic certificate, the issue remained unresolved.
We contacted the Tatarstan Branch of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation to protect the applicant's rights. As a result, F.'s application for a certificate for the purchase of a hearing aid was reviewed and a positive decision was made. The applicant was issued an electronic certificate for 61,600 rubles for the purchase of two modern hearing aids.
Today, he has already purchased the necessary device and notes that his hearing has improved significantly. Thanks to our joint efforts, a positive result was achieved: now the applicant can improve his quality of life!
