Work on discussing citizen notifications and appeals in the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback Platform systems continues! We also held a meeting at the Administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky Districts of the Kazan City Executive Committee.
During the discussion, we reviewed 34 citizen notifications. Residents most frequently raised issues related to the maintenance and repair of municipal roads, comprehensive landscaping, and housing and utilities. Issues related to enrollment in educational institutions and problems accessing electronic diaries were also raised, as were the maintenance of container sites and garbage collection in courtyards.
I recommended that colleagues avoid formal responses and respond more promptly to citizen complaints. After all, each such signal represents a specific problem, the solution to which directly impacts the comfort and quality of life of residents.
