Took part in a ceremony dedicated to the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China
I attended a gala event commemorating the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia. The celebration took place at Kazan City Hall and brought together representatives of government agencies, the diplomatic corps, and business and cultural circles.
Relations between Russia and China have deep historical roots. For over seven decades, our countries have been developing mutually beneficial cooperation in a wide range of areas – from economics and science to education and culture. Tatarstan is also contributing to strengthening this partnership. We maintain active ties with our Chinese colleagues, implementing joint projects and exchange programs.
On this festive day, I sincerely congratulate the people of China and our Chinese colleagues on PRC National Day. I wish them continued prosperity, peace, and well-being, and I wish the relations between Russia and China new remarkable achievements and a strong friendship for the benefit of our peoples!
