We continue to hold meetings on how to handle citizen requests in the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback platform. Today, we met at the Administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky Districts of the Executive Committee of the Kazan Municipality, where we discussed the organization of citizen notifications.
Since 2012, the administration has published 36,336 notifications, and in 2025, 3,312. During the meeting, we reviewed 49 examples of notifications most frequently posted by residents. The main topics were comprehensive landscaping, maintenance and repair of municipal roads, and housing and utilities issues.
We recommended that our colleagues promptly comply with incoming notifications, not delay compliance deadlines, and carefully consider citizen notifications.
