A meeting was held between the structural divisions of the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Kazan regarding the work of citizen notifications and appeals received in the SIS RT "Public Control" and the feedback platform.
In 2025, 31,284 citizen notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control" through the Kazan Executive Committee. The structural divisions of the Kazan Executive Committee received 3,871 citizen appeals. Citizens most frequently raise issues related to comprehensive landscaping, maintenance and repair of municipal roads, and the maintenance of residential buildings.
New categories monitored by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan were also added, such as "Security" and "Extremism, Conflicts Based on Religious and Ethnic Grounds." The situation where notifications are re-posted in the system due to unfinished work or negligence on the part of the responsible officials was also discussed.
Following the meeting, she recommended that structural divisions more closely monitor deadlines, avoid formal responses, and make decisions on abandoned properties at the administrative level to ensure that requests are not transferred between structural divisions.
