Today, at the request of a citizen, I visited the Federal State Institution "Kazan Psychiatric Hospital of a Specialized Type with Intensive Observation" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

I checked the conditions of detention, inspected the territory. There were no complaints from patients. I spoke with the applicant personally, consulted on issues of interest.

Help should be available to everyone - regardless of the circumstances.
