A resident of Zelenodolsk, citizen E., contacted me, disagreeing with the construction of a trade pavilion next to her house. According to citizen E., due to the unification of several kiosks into a single structure, the passage for emergency services was blocked.
In order to protect the rights of citizens, we sent a request to the Zelenodolsk city prosecutor's office to verify the legality of what was happening.
Following the inspection, citizen E.'s arguments were found to be justified. Violations of fire safety and sanitary and epidemiological legislation were found in the activities of the entrepreneur who organized the pavilion. The Zelenodolsk city prosecutor's office submitted a submission to eliminate the violations.
