Our public assistant in the Chistopol district once again took part in a working visit to the city of Naro-Fominsk as part of the official delegation of Chistopol. Together with the deputy head of the district M.I. Ksenofontov and the assistant to the head for anti-corruption issues A.T. Efimov, he participated in all the ceremonial events, including the laying of wreaths and the opening of a monument to the special military operation fighters.
Traditionally, the delegation representatives visited the sponsored Kantemirovskaya division, with which an agreement was concluded in 2012 on sending conscripts. Currently, 14 of our guys, called up last fall, are serving there. In the spring, some of the fighters were demobilized, and in June about 15 people from the Chistopol district will also be called up to this division.
Our public assistant conveyed gifts and warm wishes to the soldiers through the command. Gifts will be presented to each one personally.
The meeting was attended by officers and commanders, including the battalion commander where our guys serve, and a commander from another battalion originally from Tatarstan, who has been meeting our delegation for several years. Necessary items for the front were also handed over - camouflage nets, sleeping bags, camouflage suits made by our volunteers, as well as exhibits for the special military operation division museum. A particularly touching moment was the visit to the military mourning room and the laying of flowers at the monuments of the 12th Regiment and the Yampolsky Regiment. We also looked at new exhibits brought from the front.
