During a personal reception, citizen A., a resident of Kazan, contacted me with a complaint about the actions of the bailiffs of the Sovetsky District.
The applicant reported that he regularly pays alimony for two minor children - from his first marriage and from his current one. Despite this, in March 2025, he was informed of an alimony debt of 77,000 rubles. At the same time, according to data on State Services, the amount was significantly less - about 22,000 rubles.
The applicant repeatedly contacted the bailiff department with a request to recalculate the debt, but this did not lead to any result. Moreover, his property was seized, and temporary restrictions were imposed on the use of a special right.
To protect the rights of citizen A., I contacted the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan with a request to sort out the situation and, if necessary, take action. Following the consideration of the appeal, the issue was resolved on its merits, and the applicant's debt was recalculated.
