Together for a Common Goal: Cooperation with non-profit organizations to Protect the Rights of Veterans and Special Operation Participants

17 June 2025, Tuesday

Sometimes a personal reception of citizens is not only a request for help, but also proposals for joint work to protect the rights of citizens.

Today, representatives of a non-profit organization that deals with the social protection and rehabilitation of veterans and participants in a special military operation approached me. They help with employment, provide psychological support, and accompany them in difficult life situations. During the reception, we discussed possible forms of cooperation.

For us, such interaction is part of our systematic work. To date, the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan has signed more than 100 cooperation agreements with various public authorities and public organizations.

Such initiatives are especially valuable, because they confirm that society is ready to unite for the sake of those who need help.
