Today I held a meeting to improve the effectiveness of providing targeted support measures to participants in the special military operation
As part of the republican program "Caring for YOURS", a comprehensive system for working with feedback on issues of providing targeted support measures to special military operation participants and their family members has been designed. It is based on the integration of the CRM system of the 117 contact center, the system for monitoring and processing messages in social networks "Incident Management", the SIS RT "Public Control" and the feedback form on the program website.
This approach allows accumulating citizens' requests in a single digital space, analyzing them and promptly identifying systemic issues for further resolution.
Today, in order to improve the efficiency of providing targeted support measures to participants in the special military operation, I held a meeting with representatives of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan. Now these departments are working to connect responsible persons to the "Public Control" system.
Joint work will make support for participants in the special military operation and their families even more effective!
