Healthcare is one of the most important areas, and people often contact us with questions and complaints. Today, we discussed how work with such requests is going during a meeting with responsible executives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan in the SIS RT "Public Control".
Since the beginning of the year, 25 thousand requests have been received through the Feedback platform, of which 15 thousand concerned health issues - this is 60% of the total. The number of messages has increased by 21% compared to the same period last year. Most often, citizens complain about problems with electronic registration for an appointment with a doctor and obtaining medical documentation. The situation with repeat requests, which are most numerous in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk, was discussed separately.
The SIS RT "Public Control" published 371 notifications on health issues, which is 72% more than in the same period last year. The main topics are the quality of medical services and the availability of their receipt, as well as the lack of an appointment with a doctor.
Following the meeting, the implementers were recommended to conduct additional work with the chief physicians of medical institutions on the high-quality and timely execution of notifications and requests from citizens received through various feedback channels.
Feedback is needed not just for reporting, but to really improve the work of medicine. Each signal should lead to specific actions.
