Today I took part in a live broadcast of the Regional Control Center of the Republic of Tatarstan in the community of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, where we discussed issues related to appeals from participants of the special military operation and their families. We talked about quantitative indicators, the content of appeals, the process of their consideration, as well as about citizen receptions.
We paid special attention to working with such appeals in the SIS RT "Public Control". The system allows you to record requests, transfer them to relevant departments and promptly track decisions.
