We told the Head of the Altai Republic Andrey Turchak how the system for working with feedback from residents is built in the Republic of Tatarstan

It combines the Incident Management system, the SIS "Public Control" and the "Gosuslugi Reshaem Vmeste" service. Each request from residents is recorded and promptly processed. In particular, we acquainted the head of Altai with the experience of the Tatarstan regional control center - the "Caring for YOURS" project.
