The Expanded Meeting of the Expert Council under the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of work for 2024 and set goals for 2025
In 2024, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan received 5,417 requests, of which 773 were through the Unified Identification and Authentication System, which is 41% more than the previous year. 1,428 messages were received through the Unified State Information System GLONASS 112.
52 citizen receptions were held during the year:
✳️personal – 25,
✳️visiting – 5,
✳️thematic – 22.
A total of 537 people were received.
6 telephone hotlines were also organized, which received 246 calls.
In the SIS RT "Public Control" system, 97,898 notifications have been registered, 76,118 issues have been resolved, and work is planned for 15,896. New functions have been introduced, including a heat map of notifications and categories related to social support for special military operation.
🎞️ Much attention was paid to legal education of citizens: 11 large-scale legal education projects have been implemented, including 120 events. As part of legal education in correctional institutions, a series of 10 video lessons on the rights of convicts and the procedure for their protection has been prepared for local television.
