Work of public assistants: results of the week in the regions of the republic

Last week, public assistants of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan continued their active work in municipal districts.

• In Naberezhnye Chelny, they participated in a roundtable discussion on "Unified Benefits" and a meeting of the Republican Commission on Minors' Affairs.
• In the Novosheshminsky District, they presented their 2025 report at the 9th meeting of the District Council.
• In the Atninsky District, they participated in the literary and musical evening "Tukai Goes to the Atninsky Bazaar," dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Gabdulla Tukai's birth, as well as in the All-Russian Job Fair. Furthermore, our public assistant was awarded by the district leadership for her long-standing and conscientious work in the cultural sector!
• In the Menzelinsky District, an event dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Gabdulla Tukai was prepared and held, with the participation of all the district's schools. Students recited poems in Russian and Tatar, performed songs, and danced. A tour of the district administration building was also organized, during which the students learned about the structure and operations of its departments. Residents of a nursing home, recipients of social services, were given a tour of the school museum, where they learned about the school's history and participated in a tulip-making workshop. Fifth-grade students served as volunteers.
• In the Leninogorsk District, they participated in a Public Council meeting, where they discussed the work of the Russian Post office and the Housing Department regarding the timely delivery of utility bills to senior citizens.
• In the Bavlinsky District, they participated in a meeting of the conscription commission. Based on the commission's findings, 33 conscripts will be sent to the Russian Armed Forces.
• In the Pestrechinsky District, they participated in an off-site seminar on youth labor education and a meeting of the commission on minors via videoconference. In the Spassky District, we participated in a seminar for heads of educational institutions on the topic "Career Guidance Navigator: Modern Formats of Work Organization," where issues related to the realization of graduates' right to choose a profession were discussed.
• In the Aksubaevsky and Alkeevsky Districts, community assistants took part in the International Historical Event "Victory Dictation."
• Joint citizen receptions were also held last week. In the Sabinsky District, the reception was attended by the head of the municipal district, R.N. Minnikhanov; in the Pestrechinsky District, by the head of the district executive committee, I.R. Davletkhanov; and in the Leninogorsk District, by the deputy head of the district executive committee, R.M. Galeev.

The work of our community assistants remains an important part of the system for protecting citizens' rights "on the ground"!
