Housing and Utilities Hotline for the Public

A housing and utilities hotline will be operational on April 29, 2026.

You can call the hotline to report the following issues:

• Poor quality of utility services (heating, water supply, sewerage, electricity, gas);
• Violations in the calculation of utility bills;
• Poor maintenance of common property in an apartment building;
• Inaction or illegal actions by management companies, homeowners' associations, and housing cooperatives;
• Late removal of solid municipal waste and poor maintenance of the surrounding area;
• and other issues related to ensuring citizens' rights in the housing and utilities sector.
