Today, a meeting of the Project Office of the Regional Management Center in the Republic of Tatarstan was held to consider citizen messages received in the state information system of the Republic of Tatarstan "Public Control" and through the Feedback Platform of the FSIS "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)" based on the results of work for 11 months of 2024.

The meeting discussed the results of work for the past period: for 11 months of 2024, almost 92 thousand notifications were received in the "Public Control" system, and more than 84 thousand messages through the Feedback Platform, which is 52% more than for the same period last year. Separately, they noted the importance of innovations, such as the addition of new categories of requests related to medical examination and social support for special military operation participants, as well as the introduction of the analytics subsystem of the SIS RT "Public Control" - a heat map that helps make management decisions.

Despite the positive changes, issues of non-compliance with the deadlines for the execution of applications among municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan were raised. Attention was also drawn to the formal nature of the responses by responsible executors, which reduces citizens' satisfaction with the system.

Our common goal is to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of all issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" system and the Feedback Platform of the FSIS "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)".
