Ms. K., a resident of a house on Chelyuskin Street in Kazan, contacted me. The residents of the house had been waiting for many years for repairs to their entrance, where tiles had fallen off, ceilings were covered in stains from leaks, and the storm drain on the fifth floor had not been up to the task for a long time. The management company did not respond to the residents' complaints, citing a lack of funds.
I sent a request to the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. The inspection confirmed the validity of the complaint, and soon the management company carried out the long-awaited repairs to the stairwells of the first entrance. The fact that the work was completed is confirmed by a report and photographs, and the residents were finally able to see the changes with their own eyes.
I am glad that in this case we were able to achieve a positive result.
