Reception of citizens together with the head of the State Institution "State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan"
Reception of citizens is one of the most open and accessible ways of interaction with residents of the republic. Thanks to such meetings, we not only receive feedback, but also get acquainted with current problems that concern citizens.
Today, our Office hosted a reception of citizens together with the head of the State Institution "State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan" Mars Fatkullin. The meeting discussed issues related to payment for care of a relative with a disability of the 1st group, refusals to pay for insurance claims and pension issues. We carefully analyzed each request, providing citizens with consultations and the necessary explanations.
