My public assistant Gulia Balafendieva held a citizen reception at the Public Reception Office of the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the Russian Red Cross.

The Tatarstan Regional Branch of the Russian Red Cross creates all the conditions to make visiting the reception office comfortable for everyone, including parents with children. For example, a special children's corner has been organized, where kids can do creative work while adults are busy solving their problems. Children enjoy drawing, coloring, or molding their favorite characters from plasticine.
