Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the State Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Ombudsman conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.

Over the past week, 4,645 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,502 were followed by action.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:

✅ The Executive Committee of the Nurlatsky District installed a street lamp on Tsiolkovsky Street, Nurlat (No. 6554889);

✅ The Administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky Districts
of Kazan completed work on applying road markings at a pedestrian crossing on Gavrilova Street, Kazan (No. 6465445);

✅ MUE "GUAD" carried out pothole repair on Bulgar Street, Almetyevsk (No. 6526933);

✅MUE Naberezhnye Chelny "Avtomobilnykh Dorog Enterprise" removed solid municipal waste from the area near residential building No. 61/32D in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6533788).

Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notifications over the past week in the following categories:

📍"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 408;

📍"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 231;

📍"Utilities" - 222;

📍"House maintenance" - 153;

📍"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 133.
