One of the important areas of our activities is the consideration of information messages received through the “GLONASS 112” ESIS. ESIS “GLONASS 112” makes it possible to comprehensively and promptly resolve the issues that are addressed by citizens.
For example, we received information from citizen S., a resident of the town of Mamadysh, about the leakage of the roof of an apartment building via GLONASS 112. The applicant pointed out that this problem has been troubling the residents of the building for more than three years and has not yet found a solution.
To verify the facts and eliminate violations in the maintenance of common property in the apartment building, joint work was organized with the local government of the Mamadysh municipal district and the management organization servicing the apartment building.
According to the results of the field inspection of the condition of the roof of the apartment building, the applicant's arguments were confirmed, in connection with which it was decided to carry out partial repair of the roof of the building.
At present, the necessary repairs have been completed by the managing organization.
